Camp out in the Frio Acers Cabins just outside Garner State Park
4 days of Quality cross country training
Meet the Head Coach Garnett and current SU track and cross-country athletes serving as camp counselors
Monty Mile time trial: Compete against other camp members in one mile race

Proper pacing, race strategy and training methods
Injury Prevention
Proper warm-up and cool-down drills
