This one-of-a-kind program is designed specifically for current bank employees in entry-level positions who are looking to advance their careers and pursue promotions within the banking industry.
Over six months, participants will complete six online modules developed by Schreiner University faculty, covering essential topics in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Credit Analysis and Commercial Banking. Each student will also complete a capstone project at their own bank, supervised by their employer, allowing them to apply classroom concepts directly to real-world operations.
This program is flexible, fully online, and tailored to support professional growth from within, building both technical knowledge and leadership potential in today’s evolving financial institutions.
